Trampolim was born in 2004. The founder, Anderson Torres, had been building for the web since 1996, when the craft was still technical, before it became a marketing bundle. That DNA remained: we are a tech studio, not an agency. Today, with AI incorporated into our toolset, we keep the same posture: deliver the right solution for each case.

How does the contract work?

We operate on a Service as a Business model: Trampolim builds, hosts and operates the technology as a continuous service. That includes support, maintenance and evolution. No lock-in: if you want to end it, we export your data. Specific timelines and figures we discuss in a meeting, because they depend a lot on scope.

What does it cost and how do I pay?

The model is Service as a Business: an entry fee to go live, smaller than a closed project would be, and a monthly fee that keeps everything running (hosting, security, support and evolution), without charging a new project for every improvement. You start light and your cost is predictable. The exact figure depends on scope, and we settle that in a 30-minute conversation, no strings attached.

Is the platform mine or yours?

The data is always yours. The platform (code, architecture, operation) belongs to Trampolim. That is how we manage to offer continuous evolution without charging a new project for every change.

How long does it take to go live?

It depends on scope. A high-performance landing page in 2 to 4 weeks. A custom platform with AI in 8 to 16 weeks, depending on complexity.

Do you use off-the-shelf SaaS or build from scratch?

We build from scratch when what you need does not exist ready-made. If a SaaS solves it better, we say so openly.

Do you work with clients outside Rio de Janeiro?

Yes. We work with clients across Brazil and abroad. Video meetings, remote delivery, asynchronous support.

What is included in the continuous operation?

Content changes on demand through Max (our AI agent), hosting on our own infrastructure, security updates, backups, monitoring, bug fixes, incremental improvements and support on a direct channel with Trampolim.

What if I want to change a text or publish something on the site?

You just ask. Every site we deliver comes with Max, our AI agent, already installed in the operation: you write on Telegram what you want changed, in plain language, and the change goes live. There is no dashboard to learn, no password to remember, no quote to approve just to swap a sentence. Structural changes (a new area, an integration) stay with us, and they are already in the monthly fee.

What if something happens to you? How is continuity guaranteed?

Your product does not depend on one person being online. Everything runs with automatic backups, versioned code and living documentation, and the continuity plan is agreed in the contract. If one day you want to take it to another team, we hand over access, code and data ready to go, no hostages.

Where does AI fit into what you do?
