Is this a chatbot?
No. A chatbot talks. The agent executes: it opens the system, files the entry, sends the message and logs what it did. Talking is just the front door.
Will my data train a model?
No. Client data stays isolated, is never used to train any model, and is not shared with third parties without contractual authorisation. We use frontier language models as a working tool, always with human supervision.
What happens when the AI gets it wrong?
The agent works inside limits agreed with you and calls a person when a case falls outside the pattern. Because everything it does is logged, you can fix the rule, not just the individual case.
Does it work with my old system that has no API?
Most of the time, yes. When there is no API, Trampolim builds the integration layer. That is a large part of what we do.
Which channel does it work on?
The ones your operation already uses: WhatsApp, Telegram, email, your site or your internal system. The channel is your choice, not the tool's.
Will I have to let someone go?
That is not what it is for. The agent takes the repeated part off the table, the part nobody enjoys and nobody double-checks. People stay on the work that needs judgement.
