The third is operational: incidents hitting forgotten administrative systems, regulated production and shared corporate platforms, with damage depending less on attack technique and more on prior preparation.
All three converge on the same practical reading. What decides outcomes stopped being which model you use and became how it's deployed, with what access scope, and with what plan for the day something fails.
For small operations, that's good news: none of those three factors requires a large company's budget, and all of them depend on decisions taken in advance.
