School management · Service as a Business

A management system for your school, running your rules instead of the vendor's.

Enrollment, cohorts, finance, teachers and students in one place, talking to what you already use. Trampolim builds, hosts and operates it.

Schools and course providers usually run on five systems that do not talk to each other: one for enrollment, one for finance, one for classes, a spreadsheet for the office and WhatsApp for everything else. The same data gets typed in again in each one.

Then the board asks for a simple number, how many students enrolled this month and how much actually reached the bank, and someone spends the afternoon stitching spreadsheets together. The off-the-shelf system does not change: your institution is what bends.

What we build

Trampolim builds the system around your institution's rules: enrollment with your document requirements, cohorts with your timetable, finance with your late-payment policy, teachers with the access they should have and students seeing only what is theirs. One record, one place.

What already works keeps working: we integrate with the payment gateway, the invoicing service, the learning platform and the legacy office system, even when it has no API. And the report the board asks for comes out on its own, the moment they ask.

Service as a Business: the system is ours, the institution's data is yours. We build, host, monitor and evolve it as the school's rules change, without charging a new project for every adjustment. No lock-in: if you ever leave, we export everything.

Live proof

Education is where Trampolim has built the most. This is live, with people using it today.

Frequently asked

What people ask about this.

We already use a system. Can we migrate?

Yes. Records, cohorts, finance and history are part of the migration, and we run both in parallel until your office trusts the new one. Nobody flips the switch in the dark.

Does it work for a small school?

It does if your rules do not fit an off-the-shelf system. If they do fit, we say so in the first conversation and point you to the ready-made one. Selling a system you do not need serves nobody.

Who owns the student data?

The institution, always. The platform belongs to Trampolim, and that is how it evolves every month without becoming a new project for every change. If you ever leave, we export everything.

What about privacy law?

The system ships with access separated by role, a log of who saw and changed what, and consent stored in an auditable way. Data on underage students gets its own handling.

Does it replace the platform where classes live?

It can replace it or live alongside it. If you already have a learning platform that works, we integrate with it. If that is exactly where it hurts, we build that too, and then enrollment and classes become one thing.

How long does it take?

8 to 16 weeks for the first version in operation, depending on how many systems have to talk to each other. We go live module by module, starting with whatever hurts most.
