How it was built

A video editing platform built for Discursivas. The team’s bottleneck was editing: every recorded lesson waited for someone to cut, caption and assemble it. Now teachers upload the video exactly as they recorded it, pick the format (Reels, Stories or YouTube) and get the edited video back.

The system listens to the speech and writes it down word by word, trims pauses only where there is real silence, follows the teacher’s face to frame the shot and builds a scene plan in Discursivas’ identity: an opening title, a highlighted number, a list that comes in item by item, a split screen at the exact moment it is said. Before rendering, the teacher watches the preview, asks for changes in plain words ("drop scene 2", "bigger captions") and approves.

Several takes can go in one upload: the system joins them in order and uses the support footage as cover shots. The company library holds logos, support footage and the brand’s 3D objects. Everything runs on Discursivas’ own server, with a graphics card, with no per-minute fees to a third party, and the panel installs on the phone like an app.
